We work closely with several great architects and have over 20 years of building experience. Unlike most builders who build only on a cost plus basis, we do things much different. You decide on a plan that fits your lifestyle and all the upgrades you want and we bid out the entire project and report back to you with the total cost. We work with only the best trades in the industry, some of which we have had relationships with for over 20 years. We get 2-3 bids for each phase of construction and let you decide on which bid looks best. Our fee is generally between 10-15% of the total construction materials and labor depending on the size, complexity, and location.

We know how important it is to have a relationship with your builder and a strong line of communication during and after the completion of your home. We are available any time and communicate regularly via telephone, email as well and provide you with pictures of all phases of your home during construction. This way if you can’t make it out to the ranch as much as you would like during construction, you still know exactly how your house is progressing and what it looks like.
