Sean has owned a successful mortgage business for ten years. He conceived the idea for Turnkey Ranch Development after buying and developing several ranches of his own. Sean quickly learned of the challenges of developing a ranch property. Finding qualified, reliable contractors to complete the work at a fair price was difficult. Trying to supervise these contractors and manage the project while running a mortgage business two hours away was nearly impossible. Sean saw an opportunity to save people time and money by managing their improvement project for them. He created Turnkey to fill this need. Sean is a certified mortgage banker and has a degree in environmental science from Texas State University. He is an avid hunter and fisherman and spends most of his free time on his ranch in Lampasas county caring for his horses.

Natalie Farkas
Broker-Real Estate Sales
Natalie has been involved in real estate since graduating from Texas A&M in 2005. She is a licensed real estate agent and experienced horsewoman. Natalie competed on the Texas A&M equestrian team and has broad experience in real estate sales, development, management, and marketing. Natalie divides her free time between her horses, hunting, and enjoying the outdoors.

Brad Selman
VP Construction
Brad was raised on a dairy in Central Texas. After graduating from Evant High School in 1990, Brad became part owner in the family dairy. In 1994 Brad decided to pursue a career in farm and ranch construction, running heavy equipment throughout Texas and Colorado. Brad has a private license and in his free time he flies his 182 cessna.

Steve Meier

I was raised around the wood shops that my grandfathers built their traditional old world furniture and cabinets in. They taught me at a very young age that quality craftsmanship was the only way you built anything. Today those are still the values I follow when I build custom homes. As a teen and beyond I worked for my uncles in the home building business. I started at the bottom and learned all the different aspects that go into building a custom home. They taught me that doing things the right way regardless of it being easy or hard was the way we built homes and lived our lives. I have built every home to those high standards. Those core values have worked very well for me and my family over the years. I have been in the home building industry for 32 years now and building homes is my passion. Jeremy Smart
Project Manager
Jeremy is an accomplished builder, outdoorsman, and National Guard Officer. He was raised in a small farming town in south Texas and got into residential construction after returning home from Operation Iraqi Freedom. Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Southwest Texas State University. Outside of work and the National Guard, Jeremy spends his time hunting, fishing, and diving.
