Initial Consultation, Vision:
We can assist you in your search for the perfect ranch property, or if you already have land we can develop a plan for improvements. We assist you with refining your vision for what you want your property to be and offer advice on what improvements will add the greatest return on investment. We then provide you with general cost information and explain our process. If you will be financing your project, we explain financing options and help you get pre-qualified.
Research and Planning:
We survey your property and create a development plan and proposal. We base our plan not only on our shared vision but also with the goal of giving you a return on your investment in the form of increased property value and decreased tax liability.
Presentation:
We will meet with you and present you with our development plan and proposal. We will discuss budgeting and make any necessary adjustments. We will also move forward in securing any required financing.
Development:
We manage and construct every aspect of the project so that you don’t have to. Your project manager is your one contact person and he is readily available to you for any questions or concerns you might have along the way. Your project manager communicates with you on a weekly and sometimes daily basis as well as sends you updated photos with the progress of your project. You will know how everything is moving forward and if there are any changes needed to be made.
Closing:
We assist you with final closing on your loan, if applicable. You begin enjoying your Turnkey ranch.
